These terms and conditions apply to the use of and orders placed on this website. By placing an order with Fleet Ilya you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. For promotional offers, additional terms and conditions may apply. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders may be cancelled within 24hrs of order being received and no later.
All refunds will be subject to a 5% card processing fee applied for processing the transaction and refund. Alternatively, the amount can be issued as credit for the online store.
Purchases may require further payment authentication in the form of a bank authorisation code or proof of billing address from card issuing bank including name and billing address matching that of the cardholder. Items will not be shipped until the requested proof has been provided. If these details are not provided within 7 days of being requested Fleet Ilya reserve the right to void any orders and the purchaser will receive a full refund within a further 7 days.
Orders placed over Christmas & the New Year shall be sent in January as the studio will close from the 22nd of December 2023 till the 3rd of January 2024.
International orders may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses incurred due to complying with foreign regulatory requirements or laws. You will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes in addition to our price including VAT and the cost of delivery. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order.
Orders that are rejected or returned due to non payment of duties will be liable for any shipping/duties/holding fees incurred as well as an administrative fee of 50.00GBP
After 24 hrs, your order is seen as accepted and will be prepared without any further contact. Some orders may require verification. In such cases we will contact you with/after 24hrs.
ALL ORDERS USING PROMOTIONAL CODES ARE NON RETURNABLE / REFUNDABLE
Fleet Ilya undertakes to provide as accurate and exact a service as possible; nevertheless, technical, factual and/or printing errors may occur. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your monitor will be the exact match of the colour of the goods delivered.
Items bought on our website are subject to international design and copyright laws.

INTERNATIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
AGE OF CONSENT Our catalogue contains products of an adult nature. All customers must be 18 years or older. Purchasing from us is acceptance of these terms and confirmation that you are over 18 years old. The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customs requirements.
BESPOKE AND CUSTOM ORDERS
Bespoke & Customisation services are available services provided by FLEET ILYA at an additional price. Fittings throughout the process may be required. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
All designs and customisations undertaken by FLEET ILYA as part of a bespoke/custom order remain the sole property of FLEET ILYA for design and copyright purposes. Any commissions, adjustments or amendments to FLEET ILYA designs, or in creating new products, remain the property of FLEET ILYA, to be used as they choose.
Priority production is a service available at an additional price. Please contact email@example.com for more information.
PAYMENT CURRENCY We only accept the UK Pound Sterling (GBP). Customers outside the UK will be billed in Sterling. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the products that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form, which will include your name, the order number and the total price. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
The prices on the product page are indicated excluding VAT. The total amount of the order including VAT if applicable is visualised in the checkout page. For products supplied to clients within the UK VAT rate of 20% is applied. Clients based in countries outside of the UK will not be charged VAT at checkout, but may be subjected to duties and taxes on delivery.
The products are delivered to the shipping address, indicated during the process of order. All UK Deliveries will be via DHL EXPRESS. If no one is available to sign for the item, then it will be retained by the postal administration for a following delivery attempt or collection by the addressee.
International Orders are sent via DHL EXPRESS. You may be contacted directly via our courier, their partners or Customs regarding your shipment. Please ensure full name of consignee is given for delivery address to avoid delays or further charges.
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses incurred due to complying with foreign regulatory requirements or laws. The customer / recipient will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes in addition to the cost of delivery. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order.
DHL FREE SHIPPING option is available for all customers whose fulfilled order value is above 500GBP (EX TAX). Orders are Shipment only; all taxes and duties are payable by the recipient. Any extra fees due to recipient not accepting the shipment delivery or providing incorrect or incomplete shipping name and address may lead to additional charges.
RUSSIA - DHL currently only accept shipments addressed to Businesses. Please contact customer services for assistance with shipments to these countries
Shipments to Russia & China may require customs and duties to be paid upfront or to be sent via alternative International tracked and Signed services dependent on total order value.
Fulfilment of orders may be subject to further payment authorisation requests, and FLEET ILYA reserves the right to cancel or postpone shipping if these requests are not completed.
As all items are handmade to orderwe ask customers to understand that our normal guideline for shipping products within 7 working daysfrom the point of credit clearance and address verificationmay be extended. We reserve the right to extend this period if required, in which case you will be notified by email.
FLEET ILYA will notify you of any delays to your order.
For goods delivered outside of the UK ( including the EU after January 1st 2021) the consignee (i.e. the person to whom the consignment is sent) will be the declarant and importer into the country for which the consignment is destined. The consignee will be responsible for both customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes where required. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and completion.
Items are made to order and will be dispatched within 7-14 working days from the point of credit clearance and address verification. We will notify you of any delays to your order.
Please note that during holidays (i.e. Christmas) please allow longer times for dispatch. We will contact you if there is a delay.
Fleet Ilya shall not be deemed responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
BREXIT, EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
As of the 1st January 2021
The current trade deal with the EU means that for all international orders outside the UK (including the EU), customs duties and taxes will be charged to the consignee (i.e. the person to whom the consignment is sent) on delivery of shipments, charges vary depending upon the country in which you reside.
We are not able to predict duty or handling charges that may be applied by Customs or DHL.
We will not offer refunds due to the receiver being unwilling to pay customs charges.
If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and completion.
You may have heard about the suspension of all road shipments currently leaving the UK due to the recent developments of the latest variant of Coronavirus. Our team are doing everything we can to ship your orders. We have now switched all deliveries to the International Express Air Service, which is currently running as usual. We hope this will keep disruption to a minimum, but please note that due to Brexit and Coronavirus, we may be subjected to delays and changes to our process without notice, in which case we will endeavour to communicate these changes as and when they happen.

RETURNS Products may not be returned nor exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault. Under these circumstances’ goods may be returned within seven working days of delivery date, provided the following conditions apply:
The return must be approved by Fleet Ilya and can be discussed via email as detailed below, this must be done within 7 working days of delivery date.
The return must be sent exactly as advised by Fleet Ilya.
Fleet Ilya will not accept any returns sent through customs incorrectly which may incur customs charges.
Fleet Ilya will not pay for returns or duties and taxes incurred upon return unless otherwise agreed in writing by Fleet Ilya.
The product must be new, unused, with the original label and tags and in its original bag and packaging and must be returned within 30 days after purchase.
If we agree that the product was indeed faulty, Fleet Ilya Ltd will offer a refund (less shipping costs) via the original payment method or cover the new delivery costs of an exchange. Fleet Ilya Ltd will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays.

All items purchased with promotional discount cannot be refunded or exchanged. Black Friday Promotional Discount applies to all sales over the value of £100.

Items will be dispatched within 7-21 days from the point of credit clearance and address verification. We will notify you of any delays to your order.
