Beyond the objects we create, Fleet Ilya is a multidisciplinary creative studio working across design, image and making.

Drawing on more than two decades of experience in fashion, art and visual culture, we collaborate with brands, companies and individuals on selected projects spanning creative direction, photography, product development and artisanal production.

Led by founders and creative directorsIlya and Resha, our practice moves naturally between disciplines, shaping ideas, defining their visual language and bringing them into form.

CREATIVE DIRECTION & BRAND CONSULTANCY

For emerging and established brands seeking greater clarity, a stronger visual language or a new creative direction.

We bring together strategy, design and image to define how a brand looks, feels and communicates.

Projects may include brand positioning, creative direction, visual identity, campaign concepts, product direction, image strategy and the development of new collections or ideas.

Available for individual projects and ongoing creative consultancy.

PHOTOGRAPHY & FILM

With more than twenty years of experience in image making, we develop and produce photography and film with a distinctive visual point of view.

For brands and companies, projects may include campaigns, editorial photography, product imagery, portraiture, film and digital content.

For private clients, we create commissioned portrait sessions conceived around the individual. Each session is developed through concept, location, styling and atmosphere to create a personal series of images with its own identity.

Every project is considered individually, from concept and art direction through to the final image.

DESIGN & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

We work with brands, companies and individuals to transform ideas into distinctive, considered objects.

Our experience encompasses concept development, product design, material direction, proportion and detailing, prototyping, sampling and design refinement.

With an understanding of both creative development and the realities of making, we guide an idea towards a resolved and manufacturable object while preserving the character of the original concept.

Each project is approached according to its materials, requirements and ambitions.

ATELIER & ARTISANAL PRODUCTION

Alongside our own collections, Fleet Ilya undertakes selected bespoke commissions and artisanal production projects.

Our approach allows for close attention to materials, construction and detail, bringing the same level of consideration and craftsmanship to commissioned work as we do to our own collections.

Projects may include belts, leather objects, accessories, special commissions, presentation pieces and limited editions for brands, companies, artists, hospitality, film and private clients.

We welcome both fully developed designs and projects that require our involvement from the earliest stages of concept and development through to production.

COLLABORATIONS & SPECIAL PROJECTS

Some of the most interesting projects exist between disciplines.

We welcome selected collaborations, commissions and special projects across fashion, art, design, film, hospitality and other creative fields.

Whether the starting point is an object, an image or simply an idea, we are interested in conversations that allow something distinctive to emerge.
